Taxes and Duties
All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office.
All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We cannot include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country of goods delivery.

We have been notified by customers who are experiencing high customs charges on packages arriving to UK & Europe. Please shop wisely before you purchase.
Custom & Import Taxes
We are not responsible for any import duties payable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Import duties are calculated and collected by your local tax department. DHL will contact you to collect.
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulations regarding importing goods. Please contact your local customs/tax office for more details.
Tax-Free Import Thresholds
Below are the approximate tax-free import limits for select countries:
