Shipping Policy
Typically we send the order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days.
Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.
We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia with DHL Express.
We dispatch daily Monday to Friday — orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery takes approx 3-7 business days.

- You will receive an automated email with tracking number once your order is dispatched
- Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to change or cancel your order
- If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact your local DHL office as soon as possible to report the issue

In any account that a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and we recommend that you follow up with the shipping courier to make a claim.
